About East's

Home > About Us
Located just off the New England Highway on Banks Street at East Maitland, the Club is an easy 10 minute drive from Maitland, 25 minute drive from Newcastle or 40 minute drive from the Hunter Valley vineyards.

There’s something for everyone with two fantastic dining options, including the award winning Billabongs Family Buffet Restaurant or Griffins Cafe 147 for a delicious meal and a coffee.

Spend some quality time with friends and family in the Main Lounge and take a look at the Les Darcy Memorabilia Collection, try your luck at a weekly raffle or enjoy the FREE live entertainment each weekend! The kids are welcome too with a play room to keep them entertained!

Come out and play at Riley’s Sports Bar with live sports on the big screen, TAB, Keno, pool and of a Friday and Saturday night, a cocktail bar!

If you have a wedding, conference or event, look no further than the ABIA award winning Scarborough Function Centre, which can host an event up to 160 people. The Club’s dedicated function and wedding coordinators will be there to help every step of the way.

East Maitland Bowling Club is the home of the East Maitland Griffins and houses three bowling greens.

In April 2003, East Maitland Bowling Club amalgamated with Maitland Golf Club and the picture perfect club and course at Tenambit Street, East Maitland joined The East’s Group, being re-named East’s Leisure & Golf Club.

As a member of East’s, you will receive all the benefits of both Clubs. One membership – two great Clubs!
