Playing Bowls at East Maitland Bowling Club

At Easts, you can play social or competitive bowls all year round.

Our greens are OPEN 7 DAYS from 9.30am. Call us on 4033 1116.

East Maitland Bowling Club is located in the heart of Maitland and only a short drive from the city of Newcastle. Established in 1913, bowls have been played at this site in East Maitland for more than 100 years. Today, our vibrant, modern club is home to the "Griffins Bowlers" who enjoy competing around the State, as well as welcoming competitors from other Clubs.

East Maitland Bowling Club offers opportunities for serious bowlers who want to play competitive bowls as well as beginners and bowlers after a more social bowling experience. The club provides a challenge to bowlers of all standards with two superb grass (couch) greens and a covered synthetic (carpet) green. Our club welcomes bowlers of all ages and any ability.
