Welcome to Easts Fitness Centre, located downstairs at the Easts Leisure and Golf Club. We have a fantastic setup - modern, private, and affordable! Our friendly staff will assist you to make the best use of your time on our equipment, and can guide you to a fitter, healthier future.

Opening Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 6am – 2pm  /  4pm – 8pm
Friday: 6am – 2pm  /  4pm – 7pm
Saturday: 7am – 11am
Sunday: CLOSED


Prices:

Single visit pass: $9.95
Weekly pass: $19.95
3 month contract: $195 (or approx $16.00 per week)
12 month contract: $515 (or $9.95 per week)

Monthly direct debit also available.

Class Descriptions:

ABTs
Exercises aimed solely at the ab, butt and thigh areas.

Aerobics
Aerobic classes can be step aerobics, standard aerobics, step circuit or a combination.

Boxing
Boxing combinations combined with cardio and strength exercises.

Rhythmical Stretch
A class concentrating on flexibility, breathing and relaxation.

Step & Shape
Step aerobics combined with body shaping exercise using weights.

Swiss Ball Rhythm
Great for improving your core, flexibility and balance

Kettle Ball Workout
Half hour class of strength exercises using Kettle Bells, Barbells and Dumbbells

Cycle Power
30 minutes of high/low cycle moves on spin bikes. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.
