East Maitland Bowling Club
Located just off the New England Highway on Banks Street at East Maitland, East Maitland Bowling Club is an easy 10 minute drive from Maitland, 25 minute drive from Newcastle, or 40 minute drive from the Hunter Valley vineyards.
This contemporary club offers something for everyone including comfortable lounge areas, entertainment and activities, and of course, three premium Bowling Greens. There are three delicious dining options - Wildflame BBQ, Bunga Raya Asian Restaurant and Griffins Cafe.
Spend some quality time with friends and family in the Main Lounge, try your luck at a weekly raffle or enjoy the FREE live music every Friday and Saturday night.
Our new outdoor area 'The Social' is the hottest new space in Maitland for catching up with friends and family for a drink and a delicious meal, free barefoot bowls and kids area with interactive screens!
Rileys Sports Bar broadcasts all major live sports as well as UFC, all NRL games, and other one-off events. It also offers full TAB facilities and Keno.
If you have a wedding, conference or event, look no further than the Scarborough Function Centre, which can host an event up to 160 people (for a seated meal). The Club’s dedicated Event Team will be there to help every step of the way.
East Maitland Bowling Club is the home of the East Maitland Griffins and hosts a variety of social and tournament bowls events. Beginners are welcome!

Easts Leisure & Golf
Easts Leisure & Golf is located just off Raymond Terrace Road on Tenambit Street in East Maitland.
The beautifully renovated Club offers a championship 18-hole golf course, Fairways Function Centre, a range of Keno, TAB and entertainment facilities, indoor kid's area and a fully stocked pro-shop all within a family friendly, fun and relaxed atmosphere.
The golf course is considered to be one of the best in NSW outside the metropolitan area and strikes a perfect balance between offering a challenge to the golf enthusiast, yet providing a relaxing stroll through native bushland, natural wetlands and manicured fairways all year round. Maitland On Course Golf Factory looks after all your golfing needs where you can purchase or hire all equipment and carts.
